Question about PvP Event - Guild Wars Forums

Uh... I have a question...
In the upcoming PvP event, it is said that those who already own the game does not need to use the CD key. Well, right now all of my 4 character slot if filled. So do anyone know if the new even will give us free character slot to create a new one?

You have to create a new account with the public key and do it there ... or delete a character to free up a slot.

They said they are adding two new slots, bc of the two new professions - but it won't be available until the actual expansion.
